Job summary
Danish Crown Global Business Services in Kraków is seeking a service-minded SAP Support Specialist to join our Global IT Service Desk. You will be the SAP support presence in Poland, working closely with our Denmark-based colleague and taking ownership from day one.
The role is hands-on, with significant 1st line SAP support, including incident triage, and cooperation with IT, Finance, Operations and Internal Controls across countries. Hybrid work with 50% home/office in Kraków is offered.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting users in an SAP environment in a service desk or similar role.
- Structured troubleshooting approach and end-to-end case ownership.
- Fluent Polish and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-border team.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication; accurate and compliant.
- Experience with SAP transports and VIM is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line SAP support for incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot SAP issues and escalate to 2nd/3rd line when needed.
- Process and quality check SAP transports.
- Manage VIM user access and support Internal Control reporting.
- Monitor SAP automation and hand over to RPA when needed.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge articles.
- Contribute to process improvements and service quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across countries and functions.
