Job summary

Akkodis in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an Associate Project Manager on a 12-month contract, hybrid work arrangement. You will provide PM support for the Engineering Services team on a site integration project, coordinating day-to-day activities across Packaging, Labeling, Design Controls, and Biocompatibility.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 3-5 years in regulated medical devices, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-time engineering experience in the regulated medical device industry.
• PMP certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for a subset of the Engineering Services team on a site integration project.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across Packaging, Labeling, Design Controls, and Biocompatibility.
• Communicate project plans, risks, and status to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Build relationships with business leaders and project teams to achieve objectives.
