Job summary

PerkinElmer in Krakow is seeking a Laboratory Services Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent projects within the OneSource PMO Practice, delivering initiatives from initiation to closeout with integrated plans and governance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and changes, and maintain dashboards to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, English fluency, and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, PM or related discipline with 3–5 years PM experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive multiple concurrent projects through OS PMO governance.
• Establish objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, owners and dependencies; translate into an integrated plan.
• Own project cadence, governance, meetings, status reports, risks, issues, dependencies, changes and escalation.
