PerkinElmer in Krakow is seeking a Project Manager to independently lead multiple concurrent OneSource projects within the OS PMO Practice. You will establish and manage integrated plans, governance, and cross-functional workstreams to drive milestones.

The role requires 3–5 years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and fluency in English. Hybrid work model with opportunities for professional development and cross-regional collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Lead and drive multiple concurrent projects assigned through the OS PMO Practice, applying governance standards appropriate to scope, complexity, risk and business need.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, accountable owners, dependencies and success criteria, translating into an integrated project plan.
• Own the project management cadence and governance, including meetings, status reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, change and escalation; drive accountability to closure.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards and governance documentation using OS PMO Practice tools and templates.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and stakeholders to identify barriers and keep the project aligned to milestones.
• Provide clear project reporting to leadership, highlighting health, milestones, risks and actions.
• Complete project closeout, capture lessons learned, and contribute to improvement of OS PMO tools and practices.
• Maintain training and compliance in health, safety, security, environmental and operational aspects.
• Occasional work outside standard hours and infrequent travel may be required.
