Job summary

Mainz Brady Group seeks a Project Manager to support an Engineering Services team in a large-scale site integration initiative. You will coordinate day-to-day activities across packaging, labeling, design controls, and biocompatibility to keep schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables aligned.

Travel up to 25% for cross-functional collaboration. Bachelor’s in engineering/science/PM/business or related field required; PMP preferred but not required; strong MS Project/MS Office skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, PM, or Business.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical or engineering projects.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across engineering and technical workstreams.
• Define project scope, objectives, activities, resources, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures, master schedules, and resource plans.
• Monitor master plans and communicate progress, risks, and decisions.
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Prepare and present project status to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain alignment across teams.
• Support globally managed projects using MS Project and Portfolio Navigator.
