Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer for temporary HVAC installation rentals, based in Poland. You will engage with industrial clients, identify needs and offer optimal HVAC rental solutions. The role covers Poland's southern-west regions with travel to client sites.

The ideal candidate has B2B sales in a technical field, HVAC knowledge, and strong organization. This hybrid role includes a company car, private medical care, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have B2B sales experience in a technical field (prefer HVAC).
• Higher technical education.
• HVAC installation knowledge.
• Proactive and able to handle changing priorities.
• Independent and highly organized; role based on home-office with client visits.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid category B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Grow business across assigned territory in Poland with focus on southern-west regions.
• Identify sales opportunities, prepare offers, present to clients and negotiate.
• Sell rental HVAC equipment and related services; ensure technical and commercial support.
• Provide technical and commercial customer support and end-to-end service.
• Build trust with customers and maintain quality of actions and service.
• Regularly report key sales metrics and monitor market trends.
