Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Experience in sales, ideally in refrigeration, cold storage, or rental solutions
• Good technical understanding of refrigeration systems; installation knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to understand needs and recommend solutions

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for container cold storage and chiller rental solutions across multiple industries.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintain CRM data, and support sales planning and forecasting.
• Advise customers on the right technical solutions based on their operational needs and site requirements.
• Conduct customer visits and assessments to prepare accurate and effective rental proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering, service technicians, rental coordinators, and sales teams to deliver quality customer solutions.
• Provide ongoing customer support, including follow-up, issue resolution, and after-sales coordination.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
