Job summary

Güntner in Poland (Gdynia) is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to develop and consolidate a regional customer network. You will work with BDMs and product management to meet customer needs and track market trends.

Responsibilities include coordinating visits, prioritising projects, negotiating orders, defining budgets with the Country Manager, and communicating results and KPIs. Travel to headquarters as required and contributing to a proactive, international team.

Qualifications

Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Energy, AC or Electrical Engineering.
Thermodynamics background preferred.
Knowledge of GPC-Software selection; Experience in Sales.
Minimum 3 years sales experience, preferably external sales.
Minimum 2 years experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heating systems or heat exchangers.
Good knowledge of the local refrigeration and AC market.
Polish language fluent is mandatory and English is desirable.

Coordinate, visit, support and train major customers
Prioritise projects and activities
Negotiate projects and orders
Define budget with Country Manager and Communicate results (KPIs) and needs on a regular basis
Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities
Identify weaknesses and threats and define action plans to address them promptly
