Trane Technologies plc in Warsaw is seeking a customer-facing sales professional to grow our rental solutions business for container cold storage and chiller systems. You will blend technical understanding with business development to build strong customer relationships and tailor proposals that meet site needs.

Join a collaborative, cross-functional team across engineering, service, and sales. You will visit customers, manage a robust sales pipeline, and advise on optimal refrigeration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience in sales, ideally in refrigeration, cold storage, or rental solutions.
• Good technical understanding of refrigeration systems; installation knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for container cold storage and chiller rental solutions across multiple industries.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintain CRM data, and support sales planning and forecasting.
• Advise customers on the right technical solutions based on their operational needs and site requirements.
• Conduct customer visits and assessments to prepare accurate and effective rental proposals.
• Work closely with engineering, service technicians, rental coordinators, and sales teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
• Provide ongoing customer support, including follow-up, issue resolution, and after-sales coordination.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve sales performance.
