Boehringer Ingelheim seeks an HR Specialist in Employee Central to support the Germany-Poland transition and employee lifecycle processes in German and English. You will manage casework, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

As an HR Specialist in Employee Central Team , you will be responsible for:
Participating in the transition of activities from Germany to Poland (occasional travel foreseen).
Supporting and administering the processing of tasks with varying levels of complexity, while adhering to internal and external compliance regulations.
Processing the tasks from hiring and contracting as well as work and income-related changes using our case management system, e-mail or phone are part of your daily job.
Working on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality.
Taking ownership of at least one competence center (e.g., termination, absences, hiring, compensation), driving transition activities including documenting learned information and ensuring good working model of the team involved. After the transition, you will maintain close contact with relevant stakeholders to ensure that process remains up-to-date and is performed in the most efficient way.
You should speak German & English languages (min. B2) and have min. 2 years of professional experience in HR, supporting the employee lifecycle processes.
Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.
Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation.
Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.
Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g., in the HR 3-pilar-model).
Preferably working experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow, OpenText and MS Office.
Experience in transition of processes would be an asset.
Experience in working in the German market would be an asset.
