Job summary

Eligo Recruitment is seeking a Finance Transition Manager for Poland to lead the migration of finance processes into an internal GBS/Shared Services Centre. You will shape transition approaches, map AS-IS processes, and drive migrations through stabilisation in a consultancy/transition role.

The role requires fluent German and English, willingness to travel to Germany, and a track record of international finance transformations and advisory delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance Transition / Finance Transformation experience.
• Proven experience driving Finance processes into internal GBS or Shared Services.
• Consultancy, advisory or client-facing transformation experience.
• Strong Finance process knowledge.
• Experience with current-state assessment, process mapping, gap analysis and transition planning.
• Hands-on experience across KT, cutover, go-live and stabilisation.
• Experience delivering international or multi-country programmes.
• Fluent German and English.
• Comfortable travelling to Germany as required.

Finance Transition Manager | Poland | German Speaking

An international consultancy is expanding its Finance Transformation team in Poland and is looking for experienced Finance Transition Managers to support a major GBS and Shared Services programme.

We're looking for people who have personally led the transition of Finance processes from local or country operations into an internal Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services Centre.

This is not a BAU Finance Operations position. You'll work in a transition and advisory capacity, assessing existing processes, developing the transition approach and driving migrations through to stabilisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading Finance transitions from current-state assessment through to BAU handover
• Conducting AS-IS process assessment and process mapping
• Identifying gaps against the future operating model
• Supporting TO-BE process and Target Operating Model design
• Developing transition and migration plans
• Assessing resource, capability and operational readiness
• Planning and leading knowledge transfer
• Coordinating cutover and go-live
• Managing hypercare and post-transition stabilisation
• Managing RAID, governance and senior stakeholders
• Driving process standardisation and improvement

Experience could span P2P/AP, O2C/AR, R2R/GL, Financial Reporting, Treasury or wider Finance Operations.

Location: Poland

Working model: Remote/hybrid with travel to Germany as required

Salary: PLN 15,000–25,000 gross per month
