Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a Senior HR Technology Lead to drive the EDM solution across a global environment. You will manage design, build, testing, and deployment, coordinating with configurators to turn business requirements into precise Workday configurations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR technology roles with a focus on Workday HCM configuration and deployment.
• Experience delivering document management solutions in a global environment.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the EDM technical solution from design through deployment.
• Collaborate with configurators to translate business requirements into system configurations
• Provide technology leadership for EDM implementation across AWS Cloud, Adobe Sign, and Workday
• Ensure designs are documented and aligned with standards
• Coordinate with partners to configure document retention, security policies, and AWS mappings
• Support migration of legacy documents into Workday EDM and Workday reporting.
