Responsibilities

  • Enter, maintain, process, audit, and report sensitive People and organizational data
  • Support tasks associated with large organizational changes
  • Maximize technology capabilities to reduce manual processes
  • Serve as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects
  • Analyze and process transactions in the HR System
  • Serve as the primary recipient of organization-wide workforce administration processes
  • Act as a point of contact for employee lifecycle processes, mainly for US employees and also for employees in the UK, Italy, Germany, and Japan
  • Provide quality support consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Coordinate cases with team members to complete requests within required service levels
  • Track cases for documentation and work allocation using the case management system
  • Conduct audits of HR system data and analyze audit data to identify issues
