People Services Operations Specialist (German Speaker)
As a People Services Operations Specialist , you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR administration and employee lifecycle support for employees across Germany. You will ensure accurate processing of HR transactions, maintain high-quality employee data, support payroll-related activities, and serve as a trusted partner for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
Working as part of our People Services team, you will contribute to a modern HR service delivery model focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, data quality, and an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations Deliver end-to-end HR administration support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, contractual changes, leave management, and offboarding activities. Process HR transactions accurately and within agreed service levels while ensuring compliance with company policies and local German regulations. Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Execute payroll-impacting transactions accurately and on time, recognizing the critical impact of HR data quality on employee pay.
- Employee & Stakeholder Support Act as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders through our case management and digital support channels. Provide guidance on routine HR policies, processes, and lifecycle transactions. Resolve inquiries efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, Payroll teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Data Quality & Systems Management Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems, ensuring completeness, consistency, and compliance. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and proactively support data quality initiatives. Utilize HR systems such as Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow to manage transactions and employee records. Support reporting activities and contribute to data-driven decision making through accurate system management.
- Payroll Support & Operational Excellence Support payroll processes through timely and accurate execution of payroll-relevant transactions. Perform validations, audits, and controls to ensure payroll-impacting data is correct before payroll processing. Collaborate with payroll teams and vendors to investigate and resolve data-related issues.
- Continuous Improvement & Standardization Identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and standardize HR processes. Participate in process improvement projects, knowledge transfers, and operational excellence initiatives. Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, quality, employee experience, and service delivery performance. Support the team's journey toward greater standardization, digitalization, and automation.
- Compliance & Confidentiality Handle sensitive personal and employment data with the highest level of confidentiality. Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements, local legislation, internal controls, and company policies. Follow established governance, documentation, and process standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Shared Services, People Services, Payroll Administration, Time & Attendance, or a related field.
- Experience managing employee lifecycle transactions and HR data within HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work confidently with confidential employee information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Poznan
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting employees within the German market.
- Knowledge of German HR administration and payroll processes.
- Previous experience in a Shared Services, Global Business Services, or HR Operations environment.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and/or SAP HR.
- Exposure to process improvement, standardization, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or automation initiatives.
- Experience working with payroll vendors or payroll-impacting HR processes.
