Job summary

Air Liquide Krakow is seeking an EDM Specialist to act as a central point of contact for employee HR inquiries and manage data in Workday. The role requires 1–2 years in HR service delivery, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR service delivery or similar role (1–2 years) is preferred.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for employee HR inquiries across multiple channels (ticketing tool, Live Chat, phone).
• Independently resolve a wide range of HR inquiries using policies, procedures, and internal resources.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate resolution of employee concerns.
• Manage employee data within Workday and perform data manipulation tasks to support HR processes.
