Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking an Employee EDM/Senior EDM Specialist with German for our HR BSC Europe (Krakow Satellite). You will be the central HR contact across channels, resolving inquiries and guiding junior team members while ensuring data integrity in Workday.

You will collaborate with GPOs and HR teams to improve knowledge bases, report on service metrics, and support benefits, payroll, and administration tasks. This role is based in Krakow and offers growth within a multinational HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR service delivery or similar role.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Experience with HRIS like Workday.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for HR inquiries across channels.
• Resolve HR inquiries using policies, procedures and internal resources.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and collaborate with experts.
• Investigate complex employee issues and escalate when needed.
• Support data management in Workday and perform mass data uploads.
• Generate reports on service delivery as required by management.
