Job summary

Air Liquide Krakow Satellite seeks an Employee EDM/Senior EDM Specialist with German to support HR service delivery across Europe. You will act as a central contact for HR inquiries, resolve complex issues, guide junior staff, and collaborate with GPOs for timely resolutions.

You will manage HR data in Workday, perform data updates, and assist benefits and payroll. English and German fluency are required; a relevant degree is preferred and a collaborative team culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required in HR or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR service delivery or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with coaching ability.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills; able to resolve complex issues.
• Proficient in MS Office and Workday experience; mass data uploads a plus.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for employee HR inquiries via tickets, chat, and phone.
• Independently resolve a wide range of HR questions using policies and resources.
• Guide and mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Own complex employee issues and escalate when needed to senior specialists.
• Collaborate with GPOs to resolve complex concerns promptly.
• Suggest improvements to knowledge base for better self-service.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Generate reports on service delivery as required by management.
• Manage employee data in Workday ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Perform data manipulation tasks in Workday to support HR processes.
• Support other HR functions such as benefits, payroll, and administration.
• Execute mass data uploads into Workday when necessary.
