Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior HR Technology Lead to provide technology leadership for the EDM solution in a global, remote setting. You will oversee design, build, testing, and deployment, translating business needs into system configurations with global configurators.

The role requires deep Workday HCM configuration experience, extensive EDM and document management expertise, and strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. Fluency in English is essential for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR tech with Workday HCM configuration and deployment.
• Experience delivering document management solutions in a global environment.
• Proficient in Workday reporting and calculated fields.
• Familiar with Adobe Sign configuration and QES/AES processes.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of the EDM technical solution through design, build, testing and deployment.
• Lead EDM design with configurators to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Ensure technical designs are documented and aligned with standards.
• Provide technology leadership for EDM implementation (AWS Cloud, Adobe Sign, Workday config, migration).
• Collaborate with Kainos and SII configurators on document retention, security policies, categories and types.
• Configure AWS Cloud mappings for companies and document categories; test implementations.
• Lead migration planning for legacy documents into Workday EDM and validate approaches.
• Support Workday HCM configurators on acknowledgements and notifications replacing templates.
• Assist EDM template configurators in Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Work with stakeholders, partners and tech teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of EDM.
