Job summary

Aon Corporation seeks a People Process Optimization & Controls Manager to lead HR data quality, controls, and process improvement across Workday HCM. You will guide teams to ensure reliable, well-governed People processes and a best-in-class colleague experience in a hybrid setting.

This role partners with HR, Finance, and technology groups to strengthen governance, risk management, and service delivery, while establishing reporting and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Strong understanding of HR data governance and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Workday HCM, including testing and releases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and global collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR data quality, control, and audit activities across Workday HCM and related processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify and standardize HR processes.
• Manage governance frameworks, risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Oversee Workday process changes, testing, impact assessments, and releases.
• Partner with People Operations, HR Technology, Finance, and process owners.
• Establish reporting and governance routines to reveal risks and performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on accountability and improvement.
