• Extensive experience leading reporting and analytics in a global org.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global People Reporting and Analytics operating model.
• Lead development of enterprise-wide workforce metrics, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Drive data quality, governance, and compliance for people data.
• Partner with workforce planning to identify trends and future scenarios.
• Advance automation, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Oversee service governance and continuous improvement of reporting.
• Mentor analytics leaders and foster an inclusive, high-performing team.
• Transform workforce data into executive-ready insights and actions.
