Job summary

Aon is seeking a Global People Reporting and Analytics Lead to drive a globally integrated analytics capability in a hybrid setup, working with stakeholders across People Organization, Technology, Finance and regional teams from Kraków.

You will define operating models, establish enterprise metrics, and lead modernization with automation and AI-enabled solutions to deliver trusted workforce insights that influence business decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading reporting, analytics, or HR data in a global setup.
• Proven capability to build and mentor diverse analytics teams across regions.
• Strong skills in executive reporting, dashboards, and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global People Reporting and Analytics operating model.
• Develop enterprise-wide workforce metrics, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Drive data quality, governance, and responsible use of people data.
• Partner with leaders to identify trends, risks, and future workforce scenarios.
• Advance automation, self-service reporting, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Oversee performance, governance, and continuous improvement of reporting functions.
• Lead analytics leaders and teams to create an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Transform complex workforce data into executive-ready insights and actions.
