Job summary

Danish Crown A/S, Krakow, is seeking an H2R Operations Team Leader to drive timely HR processes, payroll support and data integrity across the employee lifecycle. You will manage a team of coordinators, ensuring compliance with SLAs and local regulations while partnering with HR professionals and business leaders.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process documentation, and continuous improvement within a dynamic, international environment. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR Operations, Payroll or HR Administration teams.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle Hire-to-Retire.
• Experience with KPIs, SLA and operational reporting; data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; change experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations team to ensure timely and accurate employee lifecycle processes.
• Oversee payroll-related activities and data integrity across systems.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and CSAT to drive continuous process improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with local HR, managers and employees while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support long-term planning of team structure and budget with Process Director.
