Job summary

Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) Krakow is seeking a Project Specialist to help plan and deliver HR/IT projects. You will collaborate with PMs, leaders, and teams to manage timelines, risks, and resources, ensuring projects stay on track and align with business goals.

You will drive adoption and continuous improvement across the organization. The role requires strong communication, a proactive mindset, and experience supporting multi‑team initiatives within a transformation context.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience supporting project management, PMO activities, transformation initiatives, or cross‑functional projects.
Experience supporting projects with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and competing priorities.
Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate plans into coordinated actions.
Structured, proactive, and collaborative approach across functions.

Responsibilities

Support end‑to‑end delivery of projects from initiation through closure, including charters, scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Monitor progress and address issues affecting scope, schedule, or budget.
Build relationships with sponsors, leaders, and cross‑functional teams.
Coordinate activities across teams and run meetings, steering committees, and updates to leadership.
Ensure alignment between business needs and delivery outputs.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain governance logs.
