Job summary

Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow is offering a Global P&C Operations Intern position. You will join the People & Culture team to support daily HR administration and employee master data management in an international environment.

The role involves assisting with HR transactions, preparing employment documents, and generating reports using Excel. The internship is paid and offers a hybrid work setup with 50% home and 50% office flexibility.

Qualifications

• Student status with availability for minimum 30 hours per week.
• Very good English (B2) written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR administration and operational activities.
• Maintain employee master data in SAP SuccessFactors based on requests.
• Assist with HR transactions (hires, changes, terminations, data updates).
• Prepare employment-related documents (contracts, addendums, HR paperwork).
• Perform basic data checks and identify missing/inaccurate information.
• Monitor HR requests and follow up on tasks.
• Prepare basic reports, trackers and data summaries using Excel.
