As an H2R Operations Team Leader you will be part of Danish Crown People & Culture team.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and effective support of Business Partners, Managers and Employees in the following fields: employee lifecycle, personnel administration, organizational management, contractual documentation, SuccessFactors administration. You will work closely with local HR teams, managers, and employees, ensuring compliance with internal standards and service level agreements.
You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity across the employee lifecycle and supporting payroll-related activities through effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
You are an experienced people-focused leader with strong process management skills. You enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment, leading teams, improving processes and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
You are comfortable using data and performance metrics to drive decisions and support business transformation. You thrive in a setting where continuous improvement, compliance and customer satisfaction are key priorities.
