Job summary

M Plus in Katowice is seeking a proactive HR Specialist to support HR operations and recruitment in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

You will manage the full recruitment process, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, and HR administration, while preparing Excel-based reports and collaborating with Hiring Managers.

The role requires at least 1 year of HR experience, excellent Excel and English skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in HR and recruitment.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (data management, pivot tables, reporting).
• Very good written and verbal communication in English.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive and positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment process (job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Provide administrative support across various HR areas (contracts, benefits, time tracking).
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards using Excel.
• Contribute to internal HR initiatives such as engagement, performance, and learning projects.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of HR and recruitment needs.
