Mplus Group seeks a proactive HR Specialist to support our HR operations and recruitment activities in a dynamic, people-oriented environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop HR skills across recruitment, onboarding, payroll ad hoc, and HR data management.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, maintain HR records, generate Excel-based reports, and collaborate with Hiring Managers to meet HR and recruitment needs.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in HR and recruitment.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (data management, pivot tables, reporting).
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English language.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the full recruitment process (job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Provide administrative support across various HR areas (contracts, benefits, time tracking).
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards using Excel.
• Contribute to internal HR initiatives such as engagement, performance, and learning projects.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of HR and recruitment needs.
