Job summary

Sii Poland in Katowice is looking for a Junior HR Specialist to support employee documentation, input and verify data in internal systems, verify working hours, and prepare reports. You will assist with onboarding and help streamline processes, gaining practical knowledge of HR administration in a large organization.

The role is hybrid with in-office collaboration in Katowice at least 3 days a week. Candidates should have Polish residency, fluent Polish, and English at least B2, plus higher

Qualifications

• Higher education in Administration or HR Management.
• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Familiarity with labor law regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Polish residency and fluency required.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid office model (Katowice).

Responsibilities

• Completing employee personal files.
• Entering and controlling data in internal systems.
• Ensuring proper document flow.
• Verifying working hours reported by employees.
• Creating summaries and reports for other departments.
• Participating in streamlining internal processes.
• Ensuring deadlines and quality of onboarding and internal processes.
