Aufgaben

• Support Finance Team in managing financial documents with emphasis on e-invoicing.
• Verify active invoices, vendor details, amounts, and POs.
• Use financial systems and tools, especially ICR.
• Produce reports highlighting document processing activities.
• Prioritize and perform key financial tasks like reviewing open items and month-end reconciliation.
• Improve reporting templates and Excel-based tools.
• Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings.
• Prepare and verify audit documentation.
