As an EMEA SMC Payroll Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting payroll input collection, data validation and routine quality checks under team guidance


• Maintaining payroll documentation, trackers and structured records in line with team procedures


• Assisting with reporting preparation, reconciliations and evidence gathering for payroll controls


• Tracking employee and stakeholder queries and helping ensure timely follow-up


• Handling sensitive employee and payroll information with discretion, accuracy and professionalism

The team

You’ll be part of the HR Service Delivery EMEA SMC Payroll team in Krakow/Wroclaw. The team supports payroll delivery across multiple EMEA locations and works closely with HR colleagues, local stakeholders and external payroll providers.

You will gain practical exposure to end-to-end payroll operations, data-quality checks, controls, documentation and service delivery. You will also contribute to process standardisation, simplification and continuous-improvement activities while receiving day-to-day guidance from experienced payroll specialists.
