Job summary

Jamf in Katowice is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and managers across local locations. You will handle benefits, HR systems, policies and processes, while contributing to operations and strategic HR initiatives.

You will manage onboarding, lifecycle events, local regulatory needs, and data privacy with discretion, ensuring accurate records in Workday and related systems.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years human resources experience within a global organization.
• Business level proficiency in English.
• Practical knowledge of Labor Law and Working Time regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local HR representative for assigned locations, ensuring policy alignment and GDPR compliance.
• Provide guidance on labor regulations and HR processes to employees and managers.
• Coordinate onboarding, payroll, benefits and employment documentation locally.
• Manage lifecycle events including promotions, transfers and offboarding with accurate system updates.
• Administer local benefits and immigration support as needed.
• Handle leaves of absence, statutory reporting and time tracking in approved systems.
• Maintain employee records securely in Workday and other systems.
