We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to join our organization and support our Supply Chain operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, feels comfortable working in a manufacturing / factory environment, and wants to have a real impact on people, culture and business performance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid HR experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Operations
• Is comfortable working closely with employees and leaders in a factory / operational environment
• Has broad HR experience and can confidently partner with the business across different people-related topics
• Builds strong relationships and enjoys being visible and accessible to employees and managers
• Is pragmatic, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Brings positive energy, curiosity and a genuine passion for people and HR
• Is able to balance business needs with a strong employee perspective
• Communicates confidently in Polish and English

As HR Manager, you will work closely with local leadership and employees, providing HR partnership and supporting the organization across a broad range of people topics.

The role will involve partnering with the business on areas such as talent, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, engagement, performance and people development, while contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

We are looking for someone who wants to be close to the business rather than HR from a distance — someone who enjoys understanding how operations work, building relationships on the shop floor and partnering with leaders to find practical solutions.

Working model

This is an on-site position, 5 days per week, reflecting the nature of the role and the importance of being present and connected with our employees and operations.
