HR Manager builds a strong, business-oriented HR function at the site, enabling stable operations, strong leadership and sustainable workforce development. Provides tactical and strategic HR support to employees on all levels and makes a visible contribution to the organization’s objectives through effective people management and future-proof workforce planning. HR Manager is an active member of the local Management Team, works closely on a daily basis with the Managing Director, the Plant Manager and other members of the local Management Team.
Main responsibilities
- Building and implementing HR strategy for the plant
- Advising, supporting and constructively challenging management on wide range of HR topics
- Safeguarding and strengthening clear distribution of roles and responsibilities
- Providing smooth cultural integration between local plant and international stakeholders
- Implementation of international stakeholders’ standards and procedures to the local plant by translating global and local HR themes into unified, concrete projects and actions
- Supporting managers on a wide range of HR topics, such as recruitment, performance matters, employment conditions and team dynamics, and translating these into practical solutions
- Defining and guiding development paths for employees on all levels from blue to white collars
- Developing strategic workforce plans with management to establish a future proof organizational structure
- Participation in international meetings and projects
- Manages the team of 3 (HR and administration)
Candidate's profile
- Education: minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration)
- Experience: at least 5 years of experience as HRBP or HR Manager in international production environment
- Proven experience in organizational development
- Familiarity with HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)
- Experience in delivering HR results in dynamic environment
- Ability to effectively translate data into concrete actions and projects
- English: minimum B2 level (written and spoken), good command of German is a plus
- Polish: native or C2
- Good knowledge of Polish labor law and legislation
