Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Senior HRBP to support our fulfillment center operations in Poland. The role focuses on delivering high-quality HR practices across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and workforce planning in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in HR, native Polish language, and professional English, with experience in logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing. The position emphasizes cross-border collaboration and compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, native Polish, business-level English.
• 4–6 years of HR experience.
• Preferred experience in logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
• Understanding of HR areas: labor relations, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, engagement, compensation, talent management, and change management.
• Ability to diagnose problems and drive solutions; experience with workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of local compliance and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned business unit and ensure understanding of business strategy; implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
• Manage mass and strategic recruitment; run full recruitment cycles; collaborate on workforce planning and provide local labor market insights.
• Support local employees on benefits and benefit programs; address HR issues.
• Assist international employees with expatriation assignments and HR matters.
• Training and development: support onboarding and training calendar; facilitate topics as needed.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize talent performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in China and regional teams on HR projects.

This Senior HRBP position will support the fulfillment center, so we prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing, procurement, or logistics etc.

Job responsibilities

• Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
• Be responsible for both mass and strategic recruitment, manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for various business groups, partner with global and local management on workforce planning, and provide local labor market insights.
• Provide support to local employees regarding benefits and the delivery of the benefit programs, and support employees on issues.
• Assist international employees with expatriation assignments and HR-related matters.
• Training and development – working with leaders to guarantee a fluent onboarding process and robust training calendar for employee development. Also help as a facilitator in some topics.
• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, continuously optimizing talent performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in both China and regional teams, participate in HR projects cooperating with cross-border teams.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, Native in Polish, business professional-level communication skills in English.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in HR work.
• Preferred experience in logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of Human Resources areas, including Labor relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation, Talent Management, and Change Management.
• Quickly adapt to a fast-changing pace, high sense of responsibility and patience, teamwork.
• High level of independence, business maturity, and relationship‑building skills
• Able to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions. Experience with conducting workplace investigations and resolving workplace issues.
• Have extensive and in-depth knowledge of local compliance and labor laws.
• Be open-minded to take on an HR operations/Administrative job and pay attention to details.
