Job summary

Qualifications

• German and English language skills (min B2) and at least 2 years HR experience.
• Higher education in HR or related field.
• Empathy, teamwork, accountability and service orientation.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow, OpenText and MS Office.
• Experience in transition of HR processes is a plus.
• Experience in the German market is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the transition of activities from Germany to Poland (occasional travel foreseen).
• Supporting and administering the processing of tasks with varying levels of complexity, while adhering to internal and external compliance regulations.
• Processing the tasks from hiring and contracting as well as work and income-related changes using our case management system, e-mail or phone are part of your daily job.
• Working on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality.
• Taking ownership of at least one competence center (e.g., termination, absences, hiring, compensation), driving transition activities including documenting learned information and ensuring good working model of the team involved. After the transition, you will maintain close contact with relevant stakeholders to ensure that process remains up-to-date and is performed in the most efficient way.
