Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking an HR Administrator to support the HR department with data management, onboarding processes and knowledge base administration in a hybrid setup in Wroclaw. You will maintain HR data, assist with process documentation, and participate in transition projects.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Human Resources or related field.
• Very good command of the German language (min. B2 level).
• At least intermediate command of the English language (min. B2 level).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems (i.e. SAP) or willingness to become familiar with new tools.
• Few years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment.
• Experience in project work related i.e. to system implementation and transitions is considered as a strong asset.
• Organizational talent with strong skills in communication, stakeholder management and customer orientation.
• Able to work independently and with solution oriented can-do approach.
• Focused on high quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• General administration support to the HR department in data management process areas, delivered through remote channels (i.e. e-mail, ticketing system, MSTeams, SAP)
• General data maintainance in HR systems
• Preparation and ownership of process documentation
• Administration of HR Knowledge Base (i.e. maintenance, updates and monitoring of content related to frequently asked questions, HR policies and procedures)
• Delivering process/onboarding trainings for new joiners
• Being the point of contact and process coach (“Buddy”) for new colleagues and other stakeholders
• Participating in transition and implementation projects
• Other ad hoc HR administration tasks
