Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Kraków is seeking a Junior HR Process Specialist to support end-to-end HR processes for the German market. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Cracow, Poland, with a balance of office and remote work.

You will work on onboarding, payroll data validation, employee data maintenance, and handling inquiries in German, guided by SOPs and process owners. A keen eye for detail and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in HR operations, preferably in shared services or international environment.
German language at least B2 (business fluent).
Basic understanding of hire-to-retire HR processes and payroll inputs.
Experience with Global HRIS platforms and case management tools.

Responsibilities

Execute daily HR operations across all stages of the employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
Handle payroll input preparation and validation to ensure data accuracy.
Maintain employee data in HR systems in line with German labour law and internal standards.
Respond to employee inquiries in German, in written and verbal form.
Follow SOPs and work instructions across HR streams and identify improvement opportunities.
