Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR department with data management, documentation, and onboarding activities. You will act as a process coach for new hires and collaborate on HR projects in a hybrid Wroclaw workplace.

The role requires German and English language proficiency, strong MS Office and ERP (SAP) familiarity, and prior admin experience in HR or Shared Service Center settings. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Completed studies in Human Resources or related field.
Very good command of the German language (min. B2 level).
At least intermediate command of the English language (min. B2 level).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge and experience in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

General administration support to the HR department in data management processes via remote channels (email, ticketing system, MS Teams, SAP).
General data maintenance in HR systems.
Preparation and ownership of process documentation.
Administration of HR Knowledge Base with updates and queries.
Delivering process/onboarding trainings for new joiners.
Acting as point of contact and process coach for new colleagues and stakeholders.
Participation in transition and implementation projects.
Other ad hoc HR administration tasks.
