Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking a Junior HR Process Specialist to support end-to-end HR processes for the German market. You will ensure accurate, compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires German at B2 level, familiarity with hire-to-retire processes and a proactive, learning mindset. Hybrid work with office presence in Kraków is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, preferably in shared services or international environments.
• German at minimum B2 level (business-fluent).
• Basic understanding of hire-to-retire HR processes and payroll inputs.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Openness to change, learning and cross-functional work.
• Experience with Global HRIS platforms (Workday or SAP) and Case Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire), including onboarding, changes, offboarding and payroll inputs.
• Support payroll input preparation and validation for data accuracy and deadlines.
• Maintain employee data in HR systems in line with German labour law and internal standards.
• Handle employee and stakeholder inquiries in German (written and verbal).
