Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking an HR Advisor to own and support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring policy compliance and high-quality HR service delivery.

The role requires strong HR process knowledge across D/A/CH regions, fluency in English and German (C1), and hands-on experience with SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow; hybrid work with 2 days in Kraków office is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR End-to-End Operations (D/A/CH regions)
• German labour law knowledge
• Excellent communication in DE & EN (min C1)
• Proficiency with HRIS tools SAP/Workday and ticketing tools ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR admin tasks and maintain personnel records
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and customer policies
• Resolve employee requests and analyze HR metrics
• Lead or participate in HR projects and CI initiatives
• Oversee HR End-to-End Operations processes
• Collaborate with Line Managers to resolve complex employee issues
• Provide guidance on best HR practices and policy implementation
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs
• Partner with employees and management to foster a positive work environment
