Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join its HR IT Team in Wroclaw. You will facilitate workshops, ensure agile practices, remove impediments, and collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to deliver high-quality products.

The role involves enabling global HR IT teams and supporting a hybrid/remote work model. The candidate should have 3+ years in Scrum Master/Agile Coach roles, strong communication skills, and fluency in Polish and English (B2+), with willingness

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Fluent in Polish and English (B2+).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and further development of a shared understanding of agile principles.
• Building a supportive agile work model for the team.
• Moderating retrospectives and workshops.
• Supporting the team leader and development team.
• Promoting continuous improvement and adaptation of processes.
• Ensuring adherence to Scrum and Kanban and agile values.
• Assisting in the removal of obstacles.
• Encouraging self-organization and accountability.
• Conducting training and coaching on agile methods.
• Supporting the planning and execution of sprints.
• Ensuring transparent and effective communication within the team.
• Promoting communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing between the teams.
