Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in HR/reporting/data analysis in multinational settings.
• Hands-on report development in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR/Finance system.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Knowledge of GDPR and data confidentiality.
• Fluency in English (min B2).

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and run standard and ad hoc reports in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Deliver the recurring reporting calendar (headcount, joiners/leavers, turnover, org structure, filled vs vacant).
• Take ad hoc requests from HR operations, local HR teams, HRBPs, payroll and finance; clarify questions and deliver on time.
• Build and maintain KPI reports and dashboards (transaction volumes, timeliness, backlog, first-time-right).
• Produce change reports to support payroll input before cut-off.
• Design and run data quality/audit reports flagging missing or outdated data.
• Report data quality trends to HR operations leadership and recommend fixes at source.
• Document report logic and create user guides; train users for self-service reports.
• Partner with European HR data and systems on reporting requirements, new fields, testing during releases.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and reduce Excel work.
