Job summary

Danone Poland seeks an IT & Data Product Analyst to lead Core HR data & transformations within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will safeguard data integrity, support migrations, mass updates, and global HR processes while coordinating with HR, product, payroll, and integration teams.

The role offers growth toward broader projects and leadership responsibilities in a multinational environment, with flexible working and relocation options in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is strongly preferred.
• Experience with other HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM) will be considered.
• Strong understanding of HR Master Data management and organizational structures.
• Experience in data migration, data transformation, organizational changes, or HR system implementations.
• Ability to perform impact assessments across complex HR ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
• Very good level in English; French/Polish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Core HR Data Ownership for SuccessFactors Employee Central and data model upkeep.
• Coordinate data-related activities during reorganizations, acquisitions, mergers, and transformations.
• Assess data impacts across downstream systems and coordinate with integration teams.
• Contribute to data quality and governance, including risk mitigation for sensitive data.
• Support projects and stakeholders with data requirements, testing, and deployment.
