QVC Group Global Business Services in Kraków is seeking an HR Data Reporting Specialist to turn workforce data into reliable reports and actionable insights. You will build and maintain Workday reporting resources and advise on best practices within a shared services HR environment.

The role requires hands-on Workday reporting expertise, strong HR process knowledge, and the ability to translate data into clear communications for stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in reporting, including 1-2 years building Workday reports.
• Experience analyzing HR data and reporting HR processes: attrition, absence, payroll, compensation.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, trends, and storytelling.
• Understanding of HR data processes and confidentiality in a global environment.
• Ability to communicate insights and collaborate across HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workday Advanced and Matrix reports, calculated fields, and reporting inventory resources.
• Analyze workforce data and explain findings to HR stakeholders.
• Audit HR data and reporting processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Advise HR transactional and shared services teams on reporting practices.
• Partner with global HR stakeholders to develop clear, accurate reports and visualizations.
