Job summary

Beiersdorf Shared Services Poland Sp.z o.o. is seeking a data-minded HR analytics professional to develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce insights. You will deliver ad-hoc analyses for global HR stakeholders and ensure data quality across metrics.

The role emphasizes People Intelligence, data integration, and scalable self-service reporting solutions, with an international stakeholder base and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience in HR reporting, people analytics, business intelligence, or data management.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and self-service analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI platforms and self-service reporting (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau); experience with SuccessFactors, BW4HANA is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments.
• Fluent English.
