Olympus Corporation is seeking an HR Operations professional in Wroclaw to manage onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration and data accuracy. You will maintain HR systems, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

The role requires collaboration with payroll and HR partners in a hybrid setup (60% office, 40% home). Fluent English and German language skills are required, along with a proactive, tech-savvy approach and a focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or HRIS projects.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• German language skills (verbal and written).
• Proactive, accountable, and able to communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work in hybrid mode (office 60%, home 40%).
• Experience with high-complexity processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR administrative tasks including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and data upkeep.
• Maintain HR systems (MyHR, Umantis, SAP SuccessFactors) for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies, benefits, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist audits as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and leverage technology.
• Generate HR reports to support decision-making and daily processing.
• Collaborate with HR business partners, payroll, and other departments.
