Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Junior HR Specialist with German to join our eTime team in Kraków, Poland. You will handle data administration in the time system (eTime), perform reconciliation, reporting, and routine activities aligned with payroll calendars.

The role requires strong Excel skills, business English and German, analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn. Office-based collaboration is expected twice a week in a supportive, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or HR would be an asset.
• Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficient in English for business communications.
• Proficient in German for business communications.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete tickets assigned according to SLAs
• Execute report and data analysis on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Follow MyHR governance in daily work
• Follow, review & update existing documentation (SOPs/local WIs)
• Collaborate closely with Time keepers, Front Offices and other streams (ADP)
• Execute global & local HR controls on time & according to agreed deadlines
