Responsibilities

• Draft client correspondences and BEOs for events.
• Input, update, and proofread event/guest details and rate cards.
• Prepare client kits with meeting/convention orientation details.
• Compile and organize Meetings & Conventions binders from sales files.
• Provide general administrative support: answer phones, manage email, mail, and routing.
