Job summary

Electrolux Group in Kraków is seeking a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Expert to join our People Technologies team. You will design, configure, and optimize Time Tracking and Absence processes across global Workday deployments, collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders.

You will partner with Product Owners, support production incidents, maintain configurations, and contribute to agile sprints, ensuring data integrity and a seamless user experience for a multinational workforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Workday experience in Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Experience with multi-country Workday deployments.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts with medium supervision.
• Strong understanding of time tracking and absence processes.
• Experience with Workday HCM Core and Reporting.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners on Workday modules and enhancements.
• Design solutions, build prototypes, and deploy to production.
• Maintain documentation of Workday configurations.
• Support the AMS partner for incident resolution.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Participate in Scrum sprints for timely delivery.
