You will drive service levels and cost optimization, lead continuous improvement, and develop a high-performing team while coordinating with customers and internal partners to ensure reliable end-to-end supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of leadership in supply chain, S&OP/IBP and logistics.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Finance and Logistics.
• History building high-performing teams and strong people leadership.
• Experience with logistics operations (WHS/Transportation) and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IBP cadence and cross-functional alignment across demand, supply, inventory and priorities.
• Own governance and decision-making to support timely business actions.
• Drive logistics performance, cost efficiency, and service levels in Poland.
• Identify savings opportunities and optimize cost-to-serve across the network.

Job description

We are looking for Head of S&OP and Logistics Poland to lead the S&OP and Logistics agenda in Poland, ensuring strong cross-functional planning through IBP and delivering high performance across service, inventory, and distribution. The role aligns demand, supply, and business priorities to enable efficient end-to-end supply chain execution, while driving cost optimization, process efficiency, digitalization, and transformation across planning and logistics operations

• Leading the IBP process in Poland, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment across demand, supply, inventory, and business priorities as well as translating IBP outcomes into clear priorities and action plans for execution across planning and logistics
• Owning the overall IBP cadence, governance, and decision-making framework to support timely and effective business decisions
• Leading logistics performance in Poland, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective distribution operations
• Driving service, distribution, and inventory performance to support business continuity and customer requirements
• Owning logistics cost optimization by identifying savings opportunities, improving cost-to-serve, and challenging inefficiencies across the network
• Leading risk management across planning and logistics, ensuring key supply chain risks, constraints, and vulnerabilities are identified early and actively managed
• Monitoring business, supply chain, and logistics performance indicators to provide clear visibility on service, inventory, cost, and execution results
• Driving continuous improvement across planning and logistics processes to improve efficiency, simplify ways of working, and strengthen overall supply chain performance
• Leading initiatives to improve service level performance and deliver best-in-class customer service across the supply chain
• Leading, coaching and developing the team to strengthen capability and accountability as well as foster a high-performance culture
• Strengthening customer collaboration by building effective partnerships, improving alignment on service expectations, and supporting proactive resolution of supply and delivery issues

• Proven 8+ years of experience in supply chain, S&OP / IBP process and logistics leadership
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain as well as third-party logistics provider management and negotiations
• Experience in leading teams and building a high-performance culture
• Logistics management (WHS/Transportation)
• Planning and prioritisation as well as negotiation skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Inventory and service management
• Experience with Power BISAP / o9 / OMP, very good Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent Polish and English language skills
